Your Sure Send Connect Review page now asks visitors to rate their experience
before anything else — and routes them based on how it went.
- Star rating + comment captured right on the page.
- 4★ and up → the visitor can copy the review they just wrote with one tap,
then click through to your Google “write a review” screen and paste it in (Google
can’t pre-fill it for them), so a great review actually makes it onto Google. - Below 4★ → they see a private thank-you instead of being sent to Google, and
their rating + comment is saved as a note on their contact record in Sure Send
(the contact is created if they’re new), so you can follow up personally. - Every rating is stored with the lead, so you can see how the page is performing.
This keeps your public Google rating strong while making sure unhappy feedback
reaches you first — not the internet.
