Features
- Filter by segment — narrow your contacts by tag, pipeline stage, or how
recently you last interacted with them. - Multi-select or “select all” — check individual contacts, or select every
contact matching your filters with a live count of how many you’re about to
invite. - Opt-outs respected automatically — contacts who opted out, unsubscribed,
already declined, or were already invited are excluded for you, so nobody gets
an unwanted message. - Send from your own email — choose which connected account to send from
(your team’s email service or your personal Gmail/Outlook), just like sending
any other email. Each invitation is logged on the contact’s record as a sent
email. - Personalize the message — edit the subject and body before sending (with
merge tags like the contact’s first name), or save your wording as the default
for next time. The “Start searching homes” button and a one-click unsubscribe
link are always included automatically. - Invite from anywhere — from the Connect → Invite tab, straight from a
contact’s page, or as a bulk action on a Smart List. - Hands off to delivery in the background — invitations send asynchronously,
so a large list won’t tie up your screen.
