What’s New
Refer a Lead can now send referrals to people who aren’t on Sure Send. From the refer screen, choose the new Company Contact option to send a lead’s details directly by email or text.
Features
- Search your saved companies and pick the contact to receive the referral
- Send the referral by email or text message, with the lead details written out in the message — the recipient doesn’t need a Sure Send account
- Every referral includes a contact card (.vcf), so the recipient can add the lead to their own CRM or phone contacts in one tap instead of retyping the details
- Type in a new company and contact on the fly — Sure Send creates the company and contact records for you so they’re saved for next time
- Add an optional personal message to the referral
- Track delivery from the referral page, including a clear indicator if an email or text couldn’t be delivered
Notes
- Team-to-team referrals work exactly as before — the new option lives alongside the existing flow
- The Text option uses your team’s SMS number and is available whenever texting is set up for your team
- Text referrals attach the contact card when your number supports picture messaging (MMS); otherwise the lead details still arrive as a regular text
