Feature

Connect Saved Searches Dashboard

New Features

  • Saved Searches dashboard — Connect users get a new “Saved Searches” page (sidebar → Saved Searches) listing every saved search your clients are running on your Connect site in one place: the search criteria, alert cadence, status, and each client’s live engagement (last activity, searches in the last 30 days, and total Connect activity). Stats are computed from the live timeline events on every visit, so they’re never stale.
  • Filter and sort across clients — filter by status, client activity window (7/30/90 days or no activity yet), and engagement (searched in the last 30 days vs. not), search by client or search name, and sort by recency, client, last activity, or engagement. Filters live in the URL, so views are shareable.
  • Bulk pause / resume / archive — select searches and pause alerts, resume them, or archive stale searches in one action. Pausing records that alerts should stop for that search (alert delivery honors it when branded alerts ship). Archiving hides the search from your dashboard, and if you created the search for the client (marked “Saved by you”), it’s retired from their site too — searches your clients saved themselves always stay visible to them.
  • Drill-down to a client’s history — click any client to jump straight to their Saved Searches tab, where saved-search status now also shows, alongside their full Connect activity on the timeline.
