What’s New
Working a call list is now much faster. Turn on Speed Dial and, after each call ends, the dialer automatically advances to the next contact and starts the call for you — no more clicking Next and Dial for every person. Paired with it, Voicemail Drop lets you play a pre-recorded message into a call that reaches an answering machine, so you never have to repeat yourself.
Speed Dial / Auto Dial
- Toggle Speed Dial on a call list (it’s remembered per list).
- After you hang up, the dialer waits a short, configurable delay (1/3/5 seconds) and then auto-dials the next contact.
- Need more time on a specific contact? Hit Pause auto-dial on the dial panel — it skips just that contact and resumes automatically on the next one.
Voicemail Drop
- Record voicemail messages in-browser or upload audio files under Settings → Voice, and mark one as your default.
- During a live call, click Drop Voicemail to play your default (or pick another from the dropdown); the call logs “Left Voicemail” and Speed Dial moves you on.
- Optionally arm Auto-drop on machine so a message is dropped automatically when an answering machine is detected.
A note on compliance
Auto-dropping a prerecorded voicemail may be regulated (e.g. TCPA). Auto-drop is off by default and requires a one-time acknowledgement before it can be enabled — you’re responsible for only using it with contacts you’re authorized to call.
