What’s Fixed
The Market snapshot on your clients’ Connect dashboard — and the matching stats on your Market Snapshot and Area Guide pages — could show a median list price that read low and a homes-for-sale count that ran high, especially in larger metro areas.
Two things were off:
- The median list price was based on an incomplete set of listings, so it drifted further from the real figure the bigger the area.
- The homes-for-sale count included homes already under contract alongside genuinely available ones.
Both figures now use area-wide market data covering the full listing set, so they line up with the “homes sold” and “days to sell” tiles beside them and tell one consistent story.
If accurate figures aren’t available for an area, the tile is now left out rather than shown with a number we can’t stand behind.
